Live pricing — real sending is live in production

Simple enough for your agent to quote.

One formula: starts at $99/month for 5 provisioned mailboxes, then $10/month for each additional mailbox. Under the hood that's a $49 platform fee plus $10 per mailbox with a five-mailbox minimum—not an arbitrary bundle, and never a separate send-credit meter.

Every addition follows the same curve, so an owner or agent can calculate the exact monthly price before Coldrig provisions anything.

No pricing cliffs

The same curve at every size.

Five is the minimum because a healthy cold-email setup needs enough mailboxes to distribute volume. From there, add only the capacity you need.

What counts as a mailbox?

01

Provisioned capacity counts

A mailbox counts while Coldrig has it configured and reserved for your account—including while it is warming, send-ready, or temporarily health-paused. That is the capacity Coldrig pays for underneath.

02

Every change is quoted first

Before adding mailboxes, the billing surface and agent response should show the new count and projected monthly price. No silent mailbox addition and no surprise send overage.

03

Sends are not the billing meter

Coldrig does not sell a bucket of email credits. Sending is bounded by warmup stage, mailbox health, provider policy, and conservative daily limits—not by an incentive to exhaust a quota.

Included in the formula

One operating layer. Not another pile of seats.

The platform fee pays for the durable control plane your agent would otherwise have to assemble and keep alive across multiple vendors and sessions.

Honest status

Test the workflow before paying.

The API, hosted MCP endpoint, npm CLI, sandbox, real sending (Gmail API, HTTPS/443), and checkout and billing (Stripe live mode, real cards) are all live in production. New accounts still activate real sending through a short concierge step. The free sandbox cannot reach a real vendor, spend money, or send an email.

Pricing questions

Why is there a five-mailbox minimum?

One mailbox is not a sensible foundation for sustained cold outreach. The minimum creates enough room to ramp conservatively and distribute volume while preserving a simple $99 entry price.

Does a warming or temporarily paused mailbox count?

Yes. “Provisioned mailbox” means capacity configured and retained for your account. Warming and temporarily health-paused mailboxes still occupy paid underlying capacity. A mailbox that has been fully deprovisioned no longer counts.

Are domains included?

Yes. Coldrig allocates the operational domains needed for the provisioned mailbox count, normally around one domain for every two to three mailboxes. Bring-your-own-domain support is planned with explicit risk consent when the domain is your primary brand domain.

Is there a send limit or overage fee?

There is no separate monthly send meter and no send overage fee. Per-mailbox daily caps still apply and can move downward based on warmup stage, mailbox health, bounce or complaint signals, and upstream provider rules.

What happens above 60 mailboxes?

That becomes a Custom conversation so Coldrig can verify infrastructure, risk, and support requirements. The published curve is the reference price; do not assume an additional volume discount.
